Bahan-bahan ( 2-3 orang )
1 mangkuk koyong
1 batang serai
3 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inchi halia
1 sudu cili mesin
Sedkit sos tiram
Sedikit Kicap Masin Adabi
Cara-cara
Koyong di bersihkan & di tetak sedikit hujung nya - kalau tidak tak boleh sedut isi nya nanti.
Serai di titik. Bawang merah, putih & halia di tumbuk.
Panas kan sedikit minyak, tumis serai sehingga wangi. Masukkan bahan yang di tumbuk & cili mesin. Goreng sehingga wangi.
Masukkan sos tiram & kicap. Masukkan sedikit air - lebih kurang 1/2 mangkuk. Apabila menggelegak masukkan koyong. Jangan masak lama sangat, nanti isi nya liat.
Siap lah & boleh lah di hidangkan dengan nasi panas.
