Bahan-bahan ( bergantung kepada kuantiti )

* 100g isi ayam
* 10-15btg cendawan tiram
* 1 kiub pati ayam ---ape2 brand pun boleh
* 3ulas bawang putih --cincang
* 1sudu lada hitam (tumbuk)
* garam
* lada sulah
* 3sudu minyak masak - untuk menumis
* air--bergantung,kalu nak pekat air sikit dah lah

Cara-cara

1. Panaskan periuk dgn minyak masak.
2. Tumis bawang putih dan isi ayam.
3. Masukkan air sikit demi sikit
4. Masukkan semua bahan lain ,kiub Pati ayam,Lada hitam ,dan juga Garam.
5. Kemudian masukkan lah cendawan tu..Bukan ape cendawan tu cepat sgt layu..
6. Nanti sedap kalu terlebih masak.. Last sekali masukkan lada sulah... Bolehlah di angkat...
7. Taburkan daun sup , daun bawang . Sedia dimakan...sedap kalu makan camtu jer....tgh2 masih berasap tu.
